TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE
By using Flash Mixer you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Flash Mixer provides Bitcoin mixing with delayed payouts through Standard and Premium pools. The service requires no registration.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- Orders expire 45 minutes after creation
- Send the exact specified BTC amount — no more, no less
- Payment requires 3 blockchain confirmations
- Orders are irreversible after creation
- Funds sent to expired or incorrect orders may not be recoverable
4. FEES
Fees consist of a percentage fee (user-selected within pool range) plus a fixed $20 USD equivalent. See the homepage for current pool limits.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing valid Bitcoin payout addresses, complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and securing your order UUID and API keys.
6. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use Flash Mixer for money laundering, financing illegal activity, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Flash Mixer is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses due to user error, network delays, or blockchain congestion.
